GENERAL RULES

• Students admitted to 1 st year B.H.M.S. must join their classes on the date fixed by the University. Fees should be deposited on time.
• All applications for leave must be made in writing to the principal. Every student admitted to the college must maintain discipline.
• Most of the decisions/Notices are displayed on the Notice Board of the college and announced through class In-Charge. It is in the interest of the students to check the Notice Board of the college regular basis.
• Ragging in any form Inside/Outside the campus is Strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will make the student liable to disciplinary action and even explution from the college. Victims of ragging should immediately approach Principal / Any Faculty member and seek intervention.
• Students shall apply to the Principal in written for issue of any certificates, travel concession and identity card etc… Normally seven working days will be required for issuing these certificates / concessions.
• The college library has sufficient books on various subjects and the students may borrow books from the library as per library rules.
• A Student who passes out can claim the refund of caution money within one year from the date of passing, failing which no application will be entertained. At the time of refund of money the candidate will be required to produce a “NO DUES CERTIFICATE” in prescribes proforma available with the academic assistant.
• Caution money shall be refunded only after the completion of B.H.M.S. course. No refund of any fees is made if the candidate withdraws / Leaves the institution without completing the B.H.M.S. course.

ATTENDANCE

• A requisite percentage of attendance in class / wards / Laboratories as per rules laid down in the Ordinance of Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan (Gujarat). Will be necessary before the students are sent for University Examinations.
